Chris Cooke – MD, CMU.
Chris is MD and Business Editor of CMU, a service provider to the music industry. Best known for its media – the CMU Daily, CMU Podcast, CMU Digest and CMU Trends – the CMU business also provides training and consultancy to music companies, hosts the CMU Insights @ The Great Escape conference, and runs the CMU:DIY education programme for new talent. CMU is part of Chris’s company 3CM UnLimited, through which he also publishes cultural recommendations service ThisWeek London, its sister magazine ThreeWeeks Edinburgh and the TW:TALKS podcast; and helps run award winning PR training charity the Taylor Bennett Foundation.

Morgan Keyz - Video Director
Starting a career creating video content for Trapstar clothing in 2008, Morgan was an integral part of helping Jamal Edwards build SBTV from the ground up. As a video director, Morgan has delivered iconic music videos for everyone from Giggs & Fekky to Wretch and Dappy. He has also managed artists Donae’o and WSTRN, securing them a publishing and record deal and subsequently scoring a Top 5 hit with their debut song ‘In2’. Morgan also started The UK Rap show on Rinse FM which he presents Friday 9:00pm – 11:00pm. 

Safiya Lambie-KnightSenior Manager of Music & Talent, Vevo
Safiya Lambie-Knight, manages and develops Vevo’s artist and label relationships, covering Sony, Universal and Warner, as well as a host of managers and artists directly. 
During her time at Vevo, Safiya has developed the work of the content and programming team working with some with some of the worlds’ most exciting artists across their music video premieres and Vevo’s original content and live events. Safiya has had an integral role carving out a strong editorial voice for the platform, cementing Vevo’s role in supporting new and emerging artists, supporting new music and introducing audiences to music from a range of genres. Supporting the Rated Awards and other festivals and award activations she has grown Vevo’s presence within the UK urban scene, working with artists such as Donae’o, Little Simz and AJ Tracey as well as partnering with Powers and Floor Sixx.
In 2017 Safiya was also named in the Alternative Power Music List from, recognising her work as a female executive in the industry.

Larry GaleHead of Broadcast Production, Boiler Room
Larry has worked over the past twelve years as a Television Director, Vision Mixer, and Technical Manager, most notably for the BBC, Al Jazeera English, and Bloomberg News, as well as at the forefront of the UK Live Event Streaming Industry. He specialises in the end-to-end delivery of Multi-Camera Production for Web Broadcast. Combining this with global team management, Larry has been heading up Boiler Room's worldwide broadcast operations since January 2015.
Boiler Room is a music platform that hosts intimate live music sessions with exclusive artists, and an invite-only audience in mostly private locations, streaming the performances live on the Boiler Room website through video streaming services such as YouTube and Dailymotion.
